Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. We ship within the US only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, US territories or international addresses.

Our products

Miunáe products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they are not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.

Our products contain botanical ingredients. Patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a known skin condition or allergy, consult a healthcare provider before use. Individual results vary.

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors happen. If we find an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale or errors. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including shipping and applicable tax.

Pre-orders

Some products may be offered for pre-order before they ship. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and ship on the date stated on the product page. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when you place it.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it's your honest opinion and based on a genuine experience with the product. Don't submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, and don't post content you don't have the right to share. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with Miunáe. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Miunáe name, logo, the hourglass mark, product names, copy, photography, video and all other site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the site's operation, scrape or harvest data, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any cosmetic result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miunáe and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Miunáe harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
