We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, US territories or international addresses.

DELIVERY:

LOST OR STUCK IN TRANSIT:

Returns
Because skincare is a hygiene product, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items.
UNOPENED PRODUCT:
Return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Must be sealed and in original condition. You cover return shipping.
OPENED OR USED PRODUCT:
We can’t take it back. Once a jar or bottle is opened it can’t be resold, for hygiene reasons. This is standard across skincare.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM:
This one’s on us. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@miunae.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.
TO START A RETURN:
Email hello@miunae.com with your order number. Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
