Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Always. Never tested on animals, anywhere.

Are they vegan?

The Body Oil and Eye Elixir are 100% plant, fully vegan. The Original Balm contains Beeswax, so it’s the one exception. No bees harmed, just got a bit of their help.

What does “100% natural” mean?

Exactly what it says. No synthetics, no fillers, no synthetic fragrance –– just plants and the oils they’re infused into. Every ingredient is listed in full on each product page.

Why waterless?

Most skincare is mostly water. Ours is none. No water means nothing diluted, nothing to preserve with synthetics, and far more of pure nature in every drop.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We’re US-only, for now. International is coming. Follow along on Instagram or sign up (bottom of page) to know the moment it does.

Where are your products made?

Romania. Grown, harvested and made by us, start to finish.

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

Every product is independently tested for tolerance –– real people, sensitive skin included. The results show zero reactions. That said, everyone’s skin is different, so patch test if you’re unsure.

Can your products treat specific skin conditions?

Miunáe makes cosmetics, not treatments. Our formulas are made to nourish, soften and care for skin, not to treat, cure or prevent any condition. For specific concerns or if you’re managing a condition, consult a medical professional.
